A BILL to amend and reenact article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Treasurer’s Office to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the procedure for deposit of funds in the Treasurer's Office by state agencies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

    That article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-9-1. Treasurer’s Office.

    The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2013, authorized under the authority of section two, article two, chapter twelve of this code, relating to the Treasurer’s Office (procedure for deposit of funds in the Treasurer's Office by state agencies, 112 CSR 1), is authorized.

    NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Treasurer’s Office to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the procedure for deposit of funds in the treasurer's office by state agencies.

    This section is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.
